Amazon processes trillions of security events daily, serves millions of active customers across 190 countries, and operates weekly CEO-attended security meetings. Amazon has one of the world's most diverse business portfolios: the largest cloud computing platform, a global e-commerce marketplace, physical retail operations, streaming media, healthcare services, groceries, satellite networks, autonomous robotics, and an AI ecosystem serving enterprises of every size. Amazon is also embedding AI into every one of these business units, from AI-powered supply chain optimization and autonomous delivery to generative AI coding assistants and intelligent security defenses, making the company both one of the largest builders and operators of AI systems in the world. Their practices secure one of the world's most complex environments at a scale and speed beyond most organizations.
AWS security leaders will provide best practices on how Amazon secures at scale. They will also share lessons from leading CISOs and boards including trends in security and governance and how leading organizations are repositioning security investment as a competitive advantage rather than a cost center.
This session delivers actionable frameworks for AI security governance, practical insights from organizations operating at the frontier of AI innovation, and a strategic roadmap for boards seeking to lead the AI security transformation. Attendees will leave with concrete questions to ask management, governance structures to implement, and a clearer understanding of how to balance innovation speed with security resilience.
