From Potential to Production: Unlocking Agentic AI on AWS
An AWS Digital Showcase brought to you by:
Agentic AI is rapidly moving from an emerging technology concept to a practical business opportunity, but for many organisations, the path from experimentation to meaningful implementation is still unclear.
How do you identify the right use cases? What does it take to build and deploy effective AI agents? And how can organisations ensure their approach is secure, scalable and capable of delivering measurable business value?
This event brings together AWS experts and organisations already exploring their own agentic AI journeys to share practical insights, lessons learned and approaches to getting started. From strategic considerations and real-world customer experiences through to technical capabilities and hands-on development, the agenda is designed to take attendees from understanding the opportunity to exploring what they could build themselves.
You’ll hear directly from an AWS Agentic AI leader, gain insight into how organisations are approaching their AI journeys, and explore the AWS capabilities and best practices that can support development. A live hands-on session will then demonstrate how to build using Amazon Bedrock Agent Core and Amazon Quick, giving attendees the opportunity to follow along and ask questions in real time.
Join AWS and a select group of your peers as we explore how organisations are moving beyond AI experimentation, turning agentic AI into practical solutions, and identifying the next steps towards building and scaling these capabilities within your own organisation.
Key questions will include
From AI experimentation to business value
How organisations can move beyond proofs of concept and identify agentic AI opportunities that address genuine business challenges.
Learning from the customer journey
What organisations are discovering as they explore, build and implement agentic AI — including the challenges, unexpected lessons and changes in approach.
Building the right foundations
The technical, architectural and organisational considerations that need to be addressed when developing agentic AI solutions.
What's next for agentic AI?
How organisations can identify their next use cases, determine where to experiment and develop a practical roadmap for scaling AI.
Turning ideas into working solutions
How tools such as Amazon Bedrock Agent Core and Amazon Quick can help organisations move from an idea to something tangible.

This opening keynote will provide a strategic introduction to agentic AI on AWS, exploring the opportunity it presents for organisations and the considerations leaders should be thinking about as they develop their AI strategies. Led by an AWS Agentic AI leader, the session will combine strategic insight with practical perspectives, before opening the floor for audience questions and discussion.
-
In this customer-led panel, organisations will share their experiences of exploring and developing agentic AI, providing an honest perspective on what they have learned along the way. With three AWS customers on the panel alongside an AWS expert, you will have the opportunity to hear different perspectives and compare approaches, followed by an audience Q&A focused on the practical realities of adopting agentic AI.
-
Following the strategic and customer perspectives, this technical deep dive will explore the AWS capabilities that can help organisations move from experimentation towards building practical agentic AI solutions. An AWS technical leader will provide greater technical context around how these solutions can be designed and developed, while highlighting considerations for organisations looking to build effectively and responsibly.
-
This interactive session moves from theory into practice, giving you the opportunity to see agentic AI being built live. The AWS team will demonstrate how to build using Amazon Bedrock Agent Core and Amazon Quick, taking the audience through the process step by step. You will receive a follow-along build link so you can engage directly with the session resulting in a practical, interactive introduction to building with AWS.

The afternoon provides selected attendees with dedicated time to explore their individual priorities and challenges in greater depth. These 1:1 meetings will create an opportunity to discuss questions arising from the morning's sessions, particularly those relating to the hands-on build, and consider how agentic AI could be applied within each organisation. AWS Solutions Architects and Account Executives will be available to have more detailed conversations around specific requirements, use cases and potential next steps.
