Overarching Theme
Can enterprise manufacturing achieve autonomous cyber defence across IT and OT, or are we still years away from the conditions required to trust it?
Manufacturing has become the most targeted sector in industrial cyber history yet remains structurally underprepared.
The convergence of IT and OT environments, the rapid growth of AI-driven identities, and increasing third-party supply chain exposure have created a level of complexity that traditional security models were never designed to manage. At the same time, fragmented systems and disconnected workflows across security and IT teams are slowing response and leaving organizations vulnerable.
Leading organizations are addressing this by unifying security and IT operations onto shared platforms, aligning accountability, and governing AI agents as first-class identities—with defined access controls, audit trails, and enforcement policies built into the platform itself. ServiceNow treats AI agent governance not as a compliance overlay, but as a core security function: every agent that touches a workflow is known, scoped, and auditable. By connecting data, workflows, and teams, organizations are enabling faster, more coordinated responses that move beyond alerting to automated resolution—reducing dwell time and limiting the impact of potential breaches
Join ServiceNow and a select group of your peers in this virtual showcase, as we explore how to break down silos between IT and security, how to operationalize AI agents to drive end-to-end remediation, and how to build a more resilient, unified approach to protecting complex manufacturing environments in an increasingly targeted threat landscape.
Discussion topics:
IT/OT convergence risk: Connected factory environments have expanded the attack surface, with previously invisible OT assets now becoming critical and often unmanaged entry points
AI agent identity governance: AI agents are rapidly outnumbering human identities, yet most organizations have no consistent framework for governing what those agents access, what actions they can take, or who is accountable when something goes wrong. ServiceNow addresses this directly—providing a unified identity and governance layer that treats AI agents with the same rigor as human users: scoped permissions, real-time visibility, and enforceable policy across every workflow they touch
Third-party and supply chain exposure: Expanding supplier ecosystems introduce inherited risk, where legacy systems, compliance gaps, and vulnerabilities extend beyond organizational boundaries
